In the summer of 2016, my dad called to tell me to pack because the next day we were going to hit the road and head to the East Coast. I saw many things on our journey to the East coast in the convertible. We went through many states. My eyes were opened to the diverse lands of America on this insightful roadtrip.
Our long drive landed us in Washington D.C. where we stayed for a few nights. Washinton D.C. is a fun, historical area. I used to think it was just the place where The President lives; however, I have been exposed to all Washinton D.C. has to offer: the food, culture, history, shopping, etc.
After staying in D.C. for a few nights, my dad and I hopped back in the convertible and headed to Charlottesville, VA. Virginia was one of the prettiest, most serene sceneraies I had ever seen. Virginia was made up of vast lands of green grass, tall mountains, cute little towns, and beautiful estates. I have a dream of having a house in Virginia when I am older.
